The peaceful Benaulim beach is about 2 kilometres from the tourist centre of Colva in South Goa.
By Air: The nearest airport is Dabolim, which is 27 km away from Benaulim. By Rail : The nearest railhead is Madgaon, which is 5 km away from Benaulim. Other railhead is Karmali (41 km).
By Road : Regular buses from Colva is available, which is 2 km away from Benaulim beach. It’s well-connected by road to other cities in Goa and so it is easily reachable by bus or rental car.
About: Just 2 km away from the tourist hub Colva of South Goa lies the serene Benaulim beach. With its long stretch of empty sands dotted with inviting beach chairs, this scenic beach is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation away from the crowded beaches of North Goa. It is popular for its water sports activities and dolphin spotting tours. Benaulim Beach is well-known for fishing, so there are a number of makeshift beach shacks here serving delicious seafood. This beach remains peaceful and calm even in the tourist season as very few people tend to wander here. The party scene isn’t the thriving all-night scene like the party beaches of North Goa. However, lively music plays at the many shacks and restaurants of Benaulim beach.
