How to Reach: Patnem Beach is located in the southernmost taluka adjacent to the nearby town of Cancona and a couple of minutes away from Palolem Beach. The famous Colva Beach is approximately 45 kilometres from Patnem Beach. Due to its proximity at the southern end of Goa, important beach towns and holiday destinations in Karnataka such as Karwar, Ankola and Gokarna are all at a distance of less than 100 km on the NH 66. The cheapest way to access to Patnem Beach is by catching a state transport bus from the Margao Bus Station, a journey that may take an hour at most. The nearest railway station is the Canacona railway station You can hire an auto rickshaw from the station that will drop you to the Patnem Beach. However, you might be required to change buses at the Kadamba Bus Stand.
