How to Reach:  Siridao Bus Stop is located on NH66, and most buses travelling to and from Panaji to South Goa stop here. The beach is a short walk from the bus stop. Alternatively, one can rent a bike in Goa and conveniently travel to the beach.

About: Siridao Beach is a rocky beach popular for the mysterious caves. It is located at the mouth of Zuari River a few kilometres from Panjim in Goa. It is popular as The Shell Collector’s Beach owing to a large number of pearl shells on the shore. One can even find oysters that wash ashore. This beach sees a limited number of tourists. The view of the sunset from Siridao Beach is gorgeous. The gorgeous chapel of Jesus of Nazareth sits atop a hillock that overlooks the magnificent coastline of Siridao Beach. This gives travelers a breathtaking view of the alluring bay. Rife with ancient Portuguese architecture, this church sees scores of devotees come to relish the fantastic Easter feast held here.

The beautiful Holy Souls Chapel is in the Siridao village and definitely worth a visit. The entrance to the village is marked by the quirky figures of the three statues. These statues are playing musical instruments with a dog. The tourists can immerse themselves in the mysterious Siridao cave. This is a man-made cave carved from a single-cell that dates back to the sixth or seventh century. Locals have revered this as part of their heritage.
