How to Reach: The nearest railway stations to Talpona Beach are Madgaon railway station (42.1km) and Canacona (4.7km). From there you can just take a cab and reach the Beach in no time and have the time of your life without any worries. Another option to reach Talpona Beach is Cancona Railway station.
About: Talpona Beach is located the Canacona region of South Goa, near the Galgibaga Beach and Rajbag Beach. It is one of the few beaches in Goa which is not visited by the crowd of tourists. With a kilometre long shoreline, pure golden sands populate the beach, framed by swaying palm and pine trees. This beach is ideal for people looking for absolute isolation and peace. As this beach opened up to tourists a couple of years ago, there is not much in terms of seaside amusement at Talpona Beach. There are one or two beach shacks offering basic drinks and snacks.
To the north of Talpona Beach, one can see the convergence of the Talpona river with the Arabian Sea. One can see a variety of bird species resting by the Talpona River. A woody cover shrouds Talpona beach from all sides except the sea, making it a natural wonderland.
